MacroSignal provides AI-synthesized macro intelligence reports based on publicly available YouTube interviews and podcasts from independent macro analysts. Reports are generated using artificial intelligence and delivered via our website and email.

3. Not financial advice

MacroSignal is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial planner. All content is provided for informational and educational purposes only.

• Reports summarize the publicly stated views of third-party analysts. We do not endorse any specific investment strategy.
• Nothing on this site constitutes a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Free tier

Free subscribers receive one report per month and a weekly email with top highlights. No payment information is required.

Pro tier

• Pro subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe at the price displayed at the time of purchase.
• Founding member pricing is locked in for the duration of your continuous subscription.
• You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by law.

5. AI-generated content

Our reports are generated using artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy:

• AI summaries may contain errors, misinterpretations, or omissions.
• We provide direct source links so you can verify claims against original material.
• The views attributed to analysts are extracted by AI and may not perfectly represent their intended meaning.
• We do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of any content.

6. Intellectual property

The MacroSignal brand, website design, report format, and synthesis methodology are owned by MacroSignal. The underlying analyst commentary belongs to its respective creators — we summarize and reference it under fair use principles.

You may share brief excerpts from reports for personal or editorial use with attribution. You may not republish full reports, resell access, or use our content to train competing AI systems.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Share your Pro account credentials or forward full Pro reports to non-subscribers.
• Scrape, crawl, or programmatically access the Service without written permission.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer our AI systems or extraction processes.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MacroSignal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to financial losses resulting from investment decisions made based on our content. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Service availability

We aim to deliver reports weekly but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time. If we discontinue the Pro tier, active subscribers will receive a prorated refund for the remaining billing period.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
